Our Story Begins with a Bee…
Before there was a business, there was a love story.
Kevin and Marie-Anne met, like so many modern couples, on a dating app named Bumble. When they decided to get married, it seemed fitting they carry that sweet, buzzing symbol of their beginning into their wedding day. Bees adorned the décor in the tiny details of their special day.... Over time, the bee became more than a decoration. It became their symbol—of connection, of fate's kindness, and of building something beautiful together.
Both Kevin and Marie-Anne are passionate animal lovers, and their family quickly grew to include three dogs and two cats. Their very first “fur baby” together was a bright-eyed little kitten named Olive. She stole their hearts in a single moment, and her name came just as naturally—as her eyes were the soft green of a perfectly ripe olive.
When Kevin and Marie-Anne decided to open this wonderful little spot, they wanted to pick a name that would have a connection to their story. A name that honored where they met, the creatures they adore, and the little details that make life sweet...... Olive's Beestro.
Inside Olive's Beestro guests will notice little touches of their story with artwork inspired by their beloved cat Olive and bees hidden in little places throughout the establishment.
Kevin and Marie-Anne hope that when guests come to Olive's Beestro they not only enjoy the food prepared with love and passion, but they also leave with a little buzz about them.
